I accompany you in exploring your emotions and your history in order to “unravel” with you the knots, or the meshes of a psychological suffering. This, in order to identify the obstacles to your personal, professional, and family well being, and face the source of your discomfort. In this approach, my listening is therefore intended to be caring, confidential, attentive and adaptable to your individual concerns. I accompany people coping with anxiety, depression, relational issues, addiction, trauma, grief or parenting issues. With children, it includes learning and academic difficulties, behavioral problems, socialization or family issues, or anxiety. 

 

Consultations can be in a short time period, to support you through a painful life event, or occur in the longer context of a therapy.

 

Sessions generally last one hour.
